Great service department, friendly and polite! Would definitely recommend!
Once again, their service department failed to deliver on their estimated time for completion of repairs...we had an 8:30 appointment for a quoted two hour recall repair and the vehicle wasn’t ready until 5:00pm. Not even a courtesy call letting us know there was a delay. We’ve bought several vehicles from Max Madsen in the past and as we begin to replace those aging vehicles, we have decided to shop elsewhere. For the car nothing to say I like it but for the customer service and the car sales agent they need improvements .
I bought a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport in 2012 and another one in 2016 from Max Madsen. I’ve recommended them and Mitsubishi countless times. After my most recent experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere when I’m in the market for a new car. I’m not sure what’s going on, but there is a stark contrast in the customer service now as compared to my previous experiences. They were able to get my 18 year old son with no credit history financed without a cosigner. He got the car he wanted too!!! The process was so easy! I would highly recommend Max Madsen and it salesperson Mona!! Mona was fantastic!!
Just sold a car today to Max Madsen in Aurora and had a seamless experience!!! Inquired online received a follow up call. Came in a few weeks later as discussed, and worked with Gino. He gave a fair offer, we talked about a different time to complete the deal after I got the title. In a few minutes after coming back, the deal was completed. Staff was extremely welcoming, offer was fair, deal was efficient. What more could I ask for?
