Had a gash in my passenger tire. I knew it was time to replace all 4 because they served me well for the past 9 years(Michelin LTX). I went with some Falkens this time. Service was great. I was even dropped off and picked back up from work because I was jn a bind at launch. Great price and Great Service. And these tires ride really nice so far. Check back in a year.

I’m sorry for having recommended this shop to family. How weak an Incompetent of a staff you must have that can’t figure out how to change the tire on and E350 van. I’m a mechanic for Stevens auto and truck. For a shop that is in the business of wheels and tires, to not know how to a remove cosmetic wheel caps is beyond me. Then to jack up in a manner that breaks the black water piping is sheer carelessness. It’s an RV were not qualified is a weak excuse. All Solid axle vehicles lift in principle the same way.
