There is a local ordinance requiring masks but employees think they are above the law. How do you know how at-risk the customers in your lobby are? Or do you just not care about them? Shame on you!
Gets a 0 for everything, made appointment, showed up early and Mavis didn't have the tires in stock. I was told to call back later in the day to see if they were delivered. Mavis did not follow up with call or email to regarding the status of the tires. I received an email next day stating sorry you missed your appt. I was there early and the store was not helpful at all. taking business elsewhere
Amazing people!! I ran over a huge bolt at 8pm I pulled up at 8:15 and they still fixed even when they close at 8:30!! Thank you for the excerpt service and not turning me away! I will be back!!

I cannot say enough good about Mavis Tire. Seriously, they’re legit wonderful people. I’m always apprehensive about finding a new car repair shop and, being new to the area, I was faced with the task of picking a place I could trust. I knew Mavis Tire in Gainesville was great so I went to the one in Tallahassee and their golden reputation continues.
