Vince Williams has sold me 3 hogs so far. 2 at Longhorn and the 3rd at Maverick. I trust Vince completely to listen, work & meet what I'm looking for. His knowledge helped me understand what is best. He does what he says & means what he says. He follows through & follows up to make sure I am happy with my new hog. He even delivered it to my home himself to make sure I received it when he said I would. Great people to deal with especially Brian Hicks and Vince Williams. Everyone was friendly an helpful, will make it to some of their events this coming year..
Take my bike in for rear brakes. Was told I would have to leave it overnight, no problem. Next day I was told it would be another 4 or 5 days as they had to order parts. 5 days later I had to call to get an update and was told it was be fixed now. 1 hour later I was told the caliper rebuild kit was missing a spring and they had to order one. Me and my wife came here on the 10th to look for the anniversary present she was going to get me. Talked with Heath. Left with an 07 Street Glide. Was glad we went there. Would recommend them to anyone. Didn't get any of the sales run around junk I've gotten other places. Great experience and I left with a great bike.
Hats off to Todd and Scott at maverick. Needed a part for 98 harley, they went out of there way to get it to me.
