After a bumpy start Jim Brown, Mark Alexander, Don Terry and Caroline went above and beyond to make the situation right, and in the process have earned a customer for life. I would highly recommend Maverick to anyone looking to buy a new bike.
Complete waste of time bringing a motor scooter here for state inspection, guess they showed me their distain for my choice of ride by sending me off with an incomplete inspection report, useless for registering.
Awesome experience across the board. Such a difference from "other guys" in DFW. The whole team is fantastic. Nitro, Mark and AJ are the best at what they do.
The sales people are liers and don't call back as promised. My extended warranty was supposed to have Tire and wheel coverage, but when I had a screw in my rear tire I found no coverage and a 437.00 bill.
I love this place! Special thanks to Sparkles and the whole staff for helping me love to ride again! 2016 Switchback is a damn nice ride!

I want to say thank you to scott andrews, kasey, nitro and rest of Maverick HD. I got new exhaust headers, intake, grips, hwy pegs and rear passenger pegs on my 14 street glide today. Best service and parts exprince. I have a very crazy work schedule and on a short notice was able to get all my upgrades done in one afternoon. Thank you
