Last summer I found exactly what I was looking for in there website. Had a lot if questions stayed in touch with them and in September of 2015 was able to take my ride home. The people at Maverick really make you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. It feels like a family environment and they make sure that your buying experience is top notch! Well ding dong the witch is dead! Brought my dirty ol scooter in this morning as I thought my battery was dying to buy a new one. Casey came and got me and said everything charge system checked out fine. Jeff even did some further diagnostics and we determined no problems found. When they pulled my scooter out it looked brand new and CLEAN! Went in to get an "invoice" from Casey and lo and behold she said NO CHARGE! Not like the old days for sure. Bought our new cvo Street this past weekend. The team was fantastic. Went to Texas Harley fist and got my head ripped off, very unpleasant situation . Maverick Harley Davidson made our experience delightful, great trade on value but got hooked up on the new purchase. No added cost for buying a premium bike no fuss no muss. Just a damned good deal. I have 3 dealerships closer to me but whether it's for a t-shirt or a bike, will ALWAYS pass the others by to trade with Maverick. They respect v-Rod customers, stock them, their parts and have expertise in Revolution Motor service. As others have mentioned, they make you a member of their family.
This Saturday I had a mechanical problem with my bike and I was north of McKinney on 75. I called Kasey in the service department and she had a truck and a trailer there in 40 minutes. Three and a half hours later, I was rolling again. Thank you all for the great service.
