Came back today to get an oil change / transmission fluid and primary. As always service was awesome and about customer appreciation. What the hell happened to sales and merchandise. Those girls suck. Not friendly, no one said hi and they work in commission- they must be hurting. I’ll head back to American eagle or Sherman. This place has gone to hell in a hand basket.
Everyone we have ever talked to has been great, have a parts question talk to Todd, he is great, he spent almost 2 hours getting our headsets synced and working. Only place we go!!
The integrity of the people that work here is outstanding. From the first person you talk to to the last, you will always have that nice warm feeling that you're getting a great deal, and some of the best service you can find in the DFW area. They are honest, respectful, and set an example of how people both in business life, and personal life should be treated. What an unexpected blessing our stop here was! I travel with my business and my BF is a Harley lover so we make sure and find a local Harley shop in every city! This by far was the BEST!! The entire staff was friendly and welcoming! Plus free beer � and a game of pool!! It was so fun and we're so THANKFUL!! If we lived in Texas, this would be our Harley Dealership!!!���
