A wife injured, under duress and quite grouchy. 2 year old "active", hangry & tired twin boys. I don't know how y'all did it but you survived and killed our 1st Harley experience!! Own a Harley? These guys are absolutely the best for whatever you could ever need or want. Seriously. No BS about it, these guys know their stuff. Stopped in to grab a headlamp kit for my fiancé's 2010 Street Glide when he texted me that on the ride into work his shattered. After purchasing my ultra limited from Maverick after totaled my 2010 electra.glide classic on new years day. I have been totally satisfied with the service department. After going through road construction in central texas near Brady I ended up with two holes in my tires, I got my bike in on Saturday. After getting a new tire on the back, I am back on the road to my new adventure. Mike Collins

We went in to purchase a modular helmet for me. As they did not have one in the style i wanted in the store, Christy (who we were told was the helmet specialist) helped us order this $250 helmet. We told her several times the modular helmet and she verified that was the one being ordered. When my husband arrived to pick up the helmet it was a full face (NOT MODULAR) helmet. Then told "oh well sorry no returns on helmets". Very disappointed with their customer service. We will not be using this location again.
