I was leasing a ******** when the time came to buy out the vehicle they told me it would be a $1500 inspection fee while at the same time I was having the car serviced for the 50,000 mile service. They also said I would need to pay $950 for paperwork for the transfer. Bottom line total rip off. I contacted the payoff department got the payoff and purchased the car without an inspection. What were they going to do with this money pocket the $1500.
Absolute scam artists. They charged me $3k to change batteries and fill transmission fluid only. Two weeks later my transmission is failing. They obviously did not run the appropriate diagnostics for my transmission during the initial expensive repair. Now it is impossible to get a hold of the service agent. They are clearly screening my calls as now no one picks up, or they place me on an extended hold only for the line to drop. This is highway robbery masquerading as crooked amoral and connoving mechanics.

By far the worst experience at a car dealer I have ever had. I would strongly advise anyone who values their vehicle to stay away. My car was damaged on 2 separate occasions following warranty being denied under the N63TU class action suit after being proven multiple times "by *** directly". The car was sent to their body shop where it appears a toddler attempted the repairs. I have spent over $20,000 in two years for service, each time I brought the car in for a specific problem something else was addressed and the my issue was never fixed. This last time at Mauro not only was the issue not addressed but they sold me tires that were totally unnecessary. I brought my car in 12/21 ( I have all doc) engine light was on there were coolant issues..my car slid into a curb on the ice and they charged my insurance co $12,000 for damages done to the tire rods some disturbance under the hood etc..4 months... read more
They lied to me about my trade in feeling pressured to purchase a vehicle from them in November of 2021 and by february 2022 the vehicle i purchased was deem a total loss from rodent damage. Discovered by *** ** **** They denied all responsibility. If you are looking for a reputable BMW dealer go to *** ** ****
I brought my 2015 SL400 in for routine service on 9/10/20. The customer service rep (Zane) phoned me at 3pm to say the car also needed new front tires and wheel alignment, so they wanted to keep it overnight. When I picked it up on 9/11, there was a dent and a scratch on the passenger side, with touch-up paint applied. When I showed them, the service manager (Nicole S******) told me that the service dept. does not have access to paint, and so the damage must have been there before I brought it in. I am writing this review, because I have (and still am) received the worst customer service form BMW of North Haven. It is to my understanding, that BMW is supposed to adhere to an elite, professional, top of the line service for its customers, but my service has been nothing more than an underground work shop with little to no courteous service or consideration.
