The first visit was great, there was pain, but Dr. Rossi's chair side manner was calm and the procedure was completed. On my second visit a few weeks later there was a different outcome. Dr. Rossi seemed rushed, he didn't "talk me through" what he was doing, it was insinuated that I was not cooperative (not true) with the procedure so he refused to continue, he was to discuss different treatment options, which he didn't, I was to be fitted for a boot, which he didn't do. I'm done.
He is the best Dr. ever. He knows what he is doing and explains it to you very well. He does not leave the room until he is sure you know everything you need to know.
Dr.Rossi was rude and very impatient.
I don't know what doctor most of you spent time with because Dr. Rossi was extremely nice to me. I was soon pleasantly surprised because I read the online reviews on my way to my appointment. The staff and Dr. Rossi were very informative, answered any questions that I had, and addressed all of my concerns. I would recommend him to any one in need of a podiatrist.
My M. D. recommended him highly to me and he was very nice to me and listened to my concerns and immediately told me what the problem was and how we was gonna cure it. I like how direct he is and no fooling around he is.
He was rude to the point of being verbally abusive. I almost cried when I couldn't answer his questions fast enough. I've never had a foot issue and didn't know how to explain the problems. He said maybe it was in my head and to wear inserts. I later found out I had a pinched nerve in my neck, have seen a chiropractor and almost have no problem. I also wear better shoes, no heels. I don't know if he had issues in his life but I did hear the same from another friend.
You will spend all of 10 seconds with him before he fist bumps you and say your okay and sends you on your way. It's very obvious that he has more patients to see that he has time for as he is the only Dr in that office. So do note if you want a Dr that will explain to you what is going on, he isn't that Dr.
