Dr. Rossi and his staff are wonderful! Recently, Dr. Rossi removed a fairly painful ingrown toenail along with permanently removing this part of the nail matrix. He walked me through every step of the process with ease! The procedure was painless and quick. My recovery has been super smooth with their clear post-op instructions. He also has the best chair side manners I have experienced within the medical field. Do not hesitate to give him a visit!
It has been a while since I last saw Dr Rossi but my experience with him was great!! I don't know if these negative reports are because you were at another office or what but I know he is excellent to me when I have been to him!! I had all of my questions answered, his staff was great, he took the time to explain everything he was going to do! I will go to him again in the future as well!
First I will say, he is a doctor who knows what he is doing - I don’t question that. But as a person, he is very rude. I, a grown man, was told to be quiet in the middle of responding to a question he asked me. The ladies at the front desk could care less if you were dying there in the floor, their only concern is your payment options. There are no “Hey” or “Hello”, it’s just immediately “How are you paying today?”. I was offered gauze to bandage my foot, only to be charged 4$ for it. How can you seriously charge for gauze? ... read more
Dr. Rossi and staff are great. He puts you at ease. Had absolutely no pain with dreaded toenail procedure.
Surgery 9 years ago to remove a bunion. Six months later. My bones shifted with one bone sticking up and the other down. Felt like I was walking on a giant stone. Went to Orthopedic Dr who said Dr Rossi removed too much bone and should have put a pin to stabilize it. Had to have another surgery by the ortho who inserted 12 screws and a metal plate. The nest year all metal was removed because it continued to swell terribly. Nine years later, a soft tissue mass came up over original bunion area. Just had my fourth surgery to r... read more
Dr Rossi did an excellent job in doing two surgeries on one foot. I DID EXACTLY WHAT HE TOLD ME TO DO POST SURGERY AND FELT ZERO PAIN. HE ISN'T A BARREL OF LAUGHS BUT I DIDN'T GO TO HIM TO FOR THAT. I WANTED AN EXCELLENT DOCTOR CUTTING ON ME AND SLIDING BONES OVER AND PUTTING SCREWS IN MY FOOT TO CORRECT MY PROBLEM. THAT, HE DID BEAUTIFULLY! HE WAS NEVER RUDE TO ME EVER! DON'T KNOW WHERE THESE NEGATIVE COMMENTS ARRIVE FROM?? HE KNOWS HIS STUFF I'M HAPPY. ??
He was no help at all. Expensive experience and got nothing from it.
Dr. Rossi is an excellent doctor. I highly recommend him. I have been going to him for years and very pleased with everything he has done for me.
Dr Rossi was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. He explained my ingrown toenail issue and fixed it without any pain! He is very pleasant and easy to talk to.
