Ordering over the phone all the way from NY was seamless. I was on a tight deadline for a custom 14K ID bracelet, and Samantha really came through. She showed me piece options that could be completed and delivered on time, double-checked everything before engraving, and shipped it right out. I haven’t received it in hand yet, but based on the photos she sent, the quality looks amazing. Big thanks to the team!
We haven't lived in Miami for over 20 years. The last diamond stud earrings I bought for my wife was at Maurices. We were in Miami for family business and stopped in to the new location (for us.) We walked into the store the same time Andrew (the owner) did. We had a warm exchange and reminisced briefly. He treated us like family. My wife ended up upgrading her diamond earrings.
