I've had my mattress for over 5 years now that we got from MGD. The sales guy really worked to advise us on the right type of bed. We went to other places and didn't get any type of full service, just some pushy sales people trying to trick us into buying (or that's how it felt). The guys in Cool Springs (Mattress Gallery Direct) seemed actually interested in helping us. They didn't recommend the most expensive mattress or try and "upsell". To this day I still love what he recommended and I highly recommend this store.
I got my mattress at Mattress Gallery Direct and I love my bed. The service was great too.
