Just purchased a mattress from Tim. He knows his stuff, and he's friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend him and the store to anybody. Plus, I like that this is more of a local, family-owned business instead of a big chain. From the other reviews I've read, it seems like they do a good job standing behind what they sell, whereas with the franchises, the store wants to refer you to the manufacturer to fend for yourself.
I normally do not write reviews but doing some after Christmas shopping. I went in Mattress Gallery Direct they were extremely knowledgeable, professional and super nice!!! I would definitely recommend them to my friends!!!!

They have Beautyrest set up front to make like they are a legit mattress store. But really they want to sell you an Englander mattress (cheap knock-off mattresses) They advertise clearance sale but that only to get you to buy the over priced knock-off mattress. Please note the owners last name is Duncan and most all the reviews are from family members.
5 Days ago I purchased a mattress and found it to be too firm. I returned to the store to express my concerns . Without hesitation, William, who helped with my original purchase , quickly apologized and expressed genuine concern with my disappointment. He showed me another bed and it was perfect!! It was $200 more than my original purchase. Without any negotiation William took $100 off!! I was floored!! My new bed was delivered FOR FREE within one hour! Thank you so much!!!
