Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this eye care office? They were average Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. The office is small, just the Dr. Mattingly and receptionist. The service is great and there is virtually no wait. Usually there is no more than one person ahead of you.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Were you able to relax during your appointment? Not really, I was a little uneasy Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment
