I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. If you have any health issues this is not the place to go. I was "fired" for "abusing my contacts" when in actuality it was confirmed by an ophthalmologist later the same day that my eyes were inflamed from a reaction to lupus medications. After 15 years of visiting this "doctor" with no issues, I witnessed him have basically what was the equivalent to 2 year old tantrum and that was that. I confirmed findings with my rheumatologist and they will adjust meds to help eyes (as it corrects itself) but I would not suggest this d... read more
