Absolutely terrible customer service in the service department. I have a vehicle that I have been leasing for 3 months and is having problems starting! But, because there are no lights on my dash lit and the battery is fine there's nothing they can do!? Awesome! So now I pay almost $400 a month of my HARD EARNED MONEY on a vehicle that MIGHT start when I turn the key. They offer a bumper to bumper warranty to reel you in- guess what? They find EVERY reason to NOT honor the warranty- buyer beware. Lesson learned and I will not purchase a vehicle through this dealership again- ever

Today my fiancé and I went over to fuccillo just to browse and look at our options. After speaking with Ernest Brown (salesman) and showing us all the options we ended up leaving with a brand new rouge and got an extremely amazing deal on the trade ins and monthly payment.
