I leased my first car and I had the best experience! I did not feel like I was being pushed into the deal and the salesman, Mike Buskey, was wonderful to work with.
I bought my Nissan Frontier new almost 2 years ago from Fuccillo Nissan. Although I can't say I was thrilled with the salesman I started with, since he wasn't the one that followed through with the sale, the overall experience was pretty good. They worked with me getting me financed with less than poor credit at the time. They put me in the vehicle I wanted and didn't try selling me something else. I wish they where closer because I'm writing this review after a negative experience at a closer Nissan dealership.
I hated how I was treated. They lied to me and kept me sitting in there show room for 4 hours! Never answered my questions, didn't try the lending company I suggested. Then after asking a ton of financial questions that were ridiculous, I finally went elsewhere. Not one issue, got the vehicle I wanted with all the bells and whistles. For a great price and No BS! Horrible Commercials! When I thought it couldn't get worse, the latest "new woman" theme begins airing.
I am from out of town and had my car breakdown. They were helpful to get the car to them and look at it the next business day. But it over heated and I knew the cooling fan was not working. So I couldn't understand why they charged me 3 hours labor at $99 an hour to tell me the fan was not working and the ipdm was also not working. I was told it was to trace the wires. But I think there is about 1 foot of wire between them.
So this is my amended review. After what was probably the most complicated negotiation process ever, I must say that Mark, and Vince, and Tiffany did everything in their power to make me happy. They will do their best to work with each individual to fit the cutomers needs, no matter how demanding they can be.

I was so excited to by my first car from them! ever since November 2013 when I bought it I've had nothing but major problems with my car.. Every single time I bring my car in they tell me nothing is wrong with it, even though it doesn't shift out of first gear, transmission slips, shifts really hard. I'm glad I wasted $18,000 on a car that has been nothing but a nightmare for me!
