I have been very pleased with the sales and service side of this dealership. I did not feel pressured to make a decision or to purchase a more expensive vehicle. The service department has been great as far as scheduling routine maintenance and giving me a ride to work while they performed the maintenance.
How many car dealership can you walk in for service, and they know you by name, give you a snack, and your original salesman stops by to see if they can help you? That is why I keep going back.

I recently leased a new Murano at Fucillo Nissan. It was an easy and excellent experience. My salesperson, Ernie Brown, was exceptional!
i didnt like that i went into there to have warranty work done and i wasnt given a courtesy car to take my 2 kids to lunch. the service was over an hour long as well. the complimentary ipads were not charged at all and there was lack of refreshments that are usually there. perhaps if there was management there, things would be better happening
