Especially good care regarding my coming surgery
Dr Portillo is an excellent primary care doctor! He is very professional and knowledgeable on treatments. He is very caring and interested in his patients' progress.
The person I talked to was a PA. The doctor was present.
I was talked over, not heard, and made to feel inferior during most of the appointment. After I stood up for myself, I got a little respect and empathy, but it took a lot to get there. He couldn’t explain anything deeper than telling me “I’m going too hard on the affected area” when I’m simply needing help for my chronic pain. Never going back to this doctor EVER!!!
Dr. Lincoln always clearly and directly explains test results in a way that I, as a lay person, can understand. She makes certain that all of my questions are fully answered and provides me with the opportunity to voice my concerns and my preferences. If she feels that I do not quite understand what she is telling me then she repeats the explanation until all questions are resolved.
Dr. Born always is attentive, comprehensive and compassionate.
Dr. Roscetti listens very well, is very personable, quickly understands what you're trying to explain, offers practical medical solutions.
Top notch care!
