My visit with Dr. Pfefferli was my first. He was very kind and understanding, but most importantly he showed empathy. He made me feel that what I was feeling g really mattered but also he gave me a choice to do what I needed to get better. He didn't force it the situation but he gave me a choice he made me feel that in the room I was his only concern and no one else mattered. He didn't rush. He listened. That character he has is truly appreciated and I hope you share this with him.
Dr. Moussa was thorough and answered my knee surgery questions and made suggestions about additional imaging that would help him in planning and making the surgery more successful. I appreciated his advice.
