After receiveing my ultrasound for my thyroid, I waited longer than a week to hear back about my results by Dr. Born which ended up being through a messaging portal. I called and messaged the facility multiple times asking that she gives me a call to discuss my results and never heard from Dr. Born. Was HIGHLY disappointed in her lack of care for her patients.
