Doctor Boles takes his time with each patient. When it is time for your visit, you will get the breadth of his expertise, but it will be without sugar coating. He lets you partake in your health journey with him, deciding together what might be best. He gives open and honest answers and if he does not know he will do his best to find someone who does. His staff is also attentive and caring not nice because they have to be. Thanks Doc and Team, for keeping me eyes open and above ground. :)
Dr Shan did not take hardly any time to answer our questions or give needed feedback. He literally walked out of the room as we were still trying to speak to him. Making appointments, driving to appointments and trying to get help for important life altering decisions is a BIG deal for eldelry people and this Dr did not seem to care at all that we felt heard, educated or taken care of. I can not recommend this Dr. Very disappointed. Felt like a waste of our valuable time. We will not be returning.
Dr. Pakan and the staff at Crystal Clinic made my knee procedure seamless. Dr. Pakan is an outstanding communicator and very experienced orthopedic physician. I highly recommend him and The Crystal Clinic.
I was in a painful situation the help was awesome and I was able to sleep that night.
The doctor was very personable and explained things. I would prefer to see him anytime I have the need for this type of appointment.
