My appointment was at 1:30 I was in the office by 1:40 there was barely any parking and I am 9 months pregnant so it’s hard to walk as is! When I get there the lady asked for my name and when I said it she said “ oh they just came up and we can’t do you’re appointment today” when I asked why she said they are running behind and you are running late ( grace period is 15 minutes ) it states so on there checkin etc and also if they are running behind wouldn’t me being late help ? I was referred to this office for weekly non-stress tests and ultrasounds. My experiences were overall pleasant, but a few concerning things stood out. Despite it being in the middle of Covid and being an office that works with at-risk pregnancies, the staff was not properly wearing masks during multiple visits. They will reschedule your appointments without consulting you first. Lie about speaking with you about it, or leaving a voice-mail when they don't. If you can go somewhere else, I highly suggest it.
We were seen right on time. Our tech was really, really nice and told us what she was measuring and pointed out different body parts as she did it. We got a ton of pictures and it was a great experience!
