My name is Luciana, and from week 32 of my pregnancy onwards, I needed to change my prenatal care to this place due to a change in my health insurance. I highly recommend this place! I was so warmly welcomed and treated with so much love and care from the very first visit. I spoke Portuguese, and they made a great effort to understand me. Came here for prenatal care for the both of my pregnancy. The first time I had no issues. Supportive and nice staff. The second time around place went downhill. Bare minimum support group. Judgmental/ passive aggressive nurses. They have this one nurse in particular, Hispanic women, very aggressive/ combative when talking to women. Don’t know her name but she’s the only one with a thick latin accent. I dreaded getting her to check me in for vitals. Very dismissive, unwelcoming of a nurse. They appear as a good place for one to go and get prenatal check ups and help. But the nurses at the desk will talk about your issues in front of other patients not caring how unprofessional it is or how uncomfortable it makes you. Also, you can make an appointment to see one midwife (like a female) only to get another(male) and they don't feel the need to inform you of the change.
