You have worked tirelessly to find us the right truck, solve hiccups that were not your responsibility to begin with, deliver the truck to us and make sure that our family needs are considered throughout the entire process. We were heading back home to Wisconsin pulling a large RV when the check engine light went on. The service rep from Mataga was excellent. He was able to arrange to diagnose the situation, order & receive the part we needed and get us on the road the same day. Other dealers we called could not get us in at all until the next day. We greatly appreciated how friendly and professional everyone was at Mataga, especially the service rep.
The Service department will recommend replacing parts that are not worn or broken, and they don’t honor their warranties. I would highly recommend finding a small mechanic shop instead of this dealership.
