After considering and looking around for a new car, I suggested we check out mataga because my husband bought his car there and had such a great experience! When we got there Des approached us and was so sweet and helpful letting us look around without pressure. Even better about 10min Into our visit Blake saw the sales person he worked with 4 years ago and she still remembered his name!!! Great service!! I have been bringing my cars here for years. The service associates are always friendly and try their hardest to get you in and out as quick as possible. I was offered a nice rental car while I had some major repairs made. Jonathan is always a pleasure to work with. Lifetime customer here.
Horrible customer service. Accused us of damaging our own car after we got it back from an oil change. Car had all kinds of electrical problems that we didn't have before leaving it with them. And the more we complained, the more they seemed to find wrong with the car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM OR PURCHASE FROM THEM. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!
