RecommendedVery good customer service. Highly recommend.
My folks bought a car on Sunday from this dealership and because someone didn’t do their job of contacting the bank to get the payoff of their trade in they are now trying to bill my folks an additional 4K because the payoff was more than anticipated. Bottom line is all dealerships verify the payoff with the bank before going into contract....it took them 3 days to verify and now they want to bill my folks the difference. Ridiculous and not very good business. I will never recommend or purchase a car from this dealership.

They are great. Always very courteous and professional. When I had my oil changed they fixed my console for free. My phone charger cord had somehow gotten into the latch and the console wouldn't open. Great service!

The service folks were wonderful. Woody and Geno explained all of the issues; gave me a loaner car, and gave me updates during repairs. Repair costs freaked me out. Maybe I could have had the work done cheaper elsewhere, but I trust Mataga will back their work. Trusting them is important to me. It’s only been one day since repairs; hopefully in a month I can say it all went perfectly well! Thanks to everyone in the Repair Department!
Everyone at Mataga helped me and answer every concern I had. They always call me back and if I didn’t answer they left information on the voicemail for me to be inform. Oscar the parts manager was awesome and he went above and beyond to help me and have my truck ready fast and on time�
