I arrived 10 minutes early and I was there for more than 2 hours. They did a good job and were very thorough. I just need to remember that the service they provide isn’t “ in and out” like other oil change companies. Thank you for the comp visit for addressing my concerns. Will definitely continue using Mataga for my service needs.
Everyone was extremely friendly and professional
Both the sales man (Anthony) and the sales manager were extremely rude and not very helpful. They made it seem like they did not care about our business. The only reason we purchased from there was because they were the only dealership that had the vehicle we wanted (with all the extras we needed) If this was not the case we would have NEVER purchased from this dealership. The customer service was terrible enough to make us sure we will never return.
