Excellent food and Staff and the owner Is the best guy you will meet. If you haven't tried it, you're missing out!
Super quality food. Meats are all deliciously cooked, vegetables are all fresh, staff are friendly. Beers are cheap (if I'm not on a quick run @ lunch hour from work) and really you're not going to get a better ambiance in a burrito shop anywhere else in town. I like that they feature local breweries and support the local community with their profits. If you're eating in, you should always get your burrito smothered.
A must for anyone who likes inventive hot sauces. Pulled Pork + Mango Habanero salsa tacos all day long! Best price on LOCAL brews make it a great place to just meet for beers.

Always a great experience when visiting this place. The employees are always happy and in great moods. Food tastes amazing and the prices are great! Very affordable micro brews too!
We love Matador. I can't decide if I like the poblano crema or the new hot green chili sauce which is actually green! You can't lose with Matador. At least four fresh local beers on tap. Get on their card program. Enjoy a little Matador today!
