Killer burritos cheap beer.
This place is amazing. We always get the fish tacos when we come to Fort Collins. There breakfast burrito is bomb. I asked the manager how he makes it and it tasted like an orgasmic heaven. Honey ghost pepper is the tits on the fish tacos.
Best Burrito in town smother it with the pork green chili! Also love the chorizo breakfast burritos, oh and Paul the owner is a great dude!

I've been going to Matador for a while now. The food is amazing and the Olaf is hands down one of the best mega hot sauces I've ever had. It is hard to find great hot sauce with a combination of insane heat and great taste. The staff is great the value is amazing and they beat the pants off of the other non local mission style burrito places. Keep up the great work Just found out they have a Korean Short rib and kimchi burrito. I know where I'm headed for dinner
This place is the best, for me it’s perfect for workout recovery, healthy, that tastes great. My favorite is the shredded chicken, can’t get enough of it. Now if I’m early enough for the breakfast burrito, I usually walk out with two, nothing better than a breakfast burrito for dinner as well
The food is terrific, but on three occasions we’ve witnessed two different female workers there be flat out rude to customers and their fellow coworkers, and cause an unnecessary scenes. It makes for an awkward dining experience when people walk away in the middle of making your food because they can’t control their emotions and have ridiculous outbursts and threaten to quit.
