everything is so delicious and home made with love. I live in Denver now so every chance I get to eat at matador I take it. worth it every time.
These guys killed it when they parked outside of Old Colorado Brewing Company tonight! My wife had nachos and I had a pork burrito and I nearly lost a finger! (I was really into the burrito!) Figure out where they park their truck and be there!

This place is amazing. We always get the fish tacos when we come to Fort Collins. There breakfast burrito is bomb. I asked the manager how he makes it and it tasted like an orgasmic heaven. Honey ghost pepper is the tits on the fish tacos.
Best Burrito in town smother it with the pork green chili! Also love the chorizo breakfast burritos, oh and Paul the owner is a great dude!
Matador is one of my wife and I's favorite in town. Awesome food, great people, and never disappoints. Best breakfast burritos in town as well.
