“Steak” burrito was horrible from food truck. Dry corn tortilla, I piece of tough meat drowned in beans and rice. Dry! Never again.

I had the probably the best breakfast burrito of my life today! Dan helped me to make a burrito with potatoes, eggs, bacon, queso and sour cream. I normally get similar burritos like this from other places and and always end up disappointed because of how bland and dry it ends up being. But today I decided to try something new and let me tell you, I am so glad I did! This was so RIDICULOUSLY FLAVORFUL!!! Masked up, and got a BIRTHDAY BURRITO! Soooo good, so spicy! Can't go wrong with Matador! I absolutely love all the sauce options, tried a few new ones that weren't there the last time I visited.
The original Harmony joint is far superior to the corporate machine burritos.. just sayin.
Simply the best. Great ingredients, fun and personable service, creative salsa, great prices.
