I called this morning in a panic from my driveway in my 2009 Altima because I had absolutely no brakes and a million things and an appointment planned on my day off. Not only did wally arrange to take my car whenever it got there, he had a rental waiting to go. I was towed in and driving away in my rental 4 minutes later. Can’t give my full review on the purchase experience just yet. I purchased the vehicle Sat Jan 27. It’s been a full week and still don’t have the vehicle. They said they are waiting for the title in hand before they can do anything. They said they requested the title before I even purchased the vehicle. On a positive note, Krystal Kennedy has been very personable and polite speaking to. I know its not her fault. Wish someone would let me know what is really going on

My experience with Mastria Nissan was awesome!! It started with the internet sales representative Dori. She was super helpful and answered all my questions and made an appointment for me to see the vehicle I was interested in. When I arrived at the dealership I worked with salesman Jonathan Cabal. Our salesman Jerome was awesome...very pleasant, helpful, and considerate. The sales staff were terrific from the managers to the service techs. We left with a beautiful new Nissan Rogue and I love driving it and look forward to many years of happy ownership.
