Awful !!! The costumer service I received was horrible ! I was getting spoken down on. He was so unprofessional and didn’t smile once. We ended up at Mazda with two brand new cars. I would never purchase a car here

Took my car in for an oil change, strange noise and INTERIOR DETAIL. As far as the service department and mechanics they were great. BUT whoever is “detailing” from them is straight lazy or just doesn’t care. I go to pick my car up and thankfully I looked it before I went in to pay. I couldn’t believe what I saw- a huge black mystery mark on my drivers seat that wasn’t there when I dropped it off, none of the doors were cleaned, middle console not cleaned (pics shown). they have very good people working there the service department is the best they greet you with a smile. if you need a car till you're is ready they are great about giving you one it the best dealership around

I was in the market for a car and my best friend recommended that I go to Mastria. She told me how great her experiences have been in the past with them and that I would definitely make out well. It was my first time buying a car so I was a little stressed out but Randy Bradshaw and Brian Augusto were amazing. She was right! Didn’t have a good experience from start to finish. Lied to by manager about credit inquiries which meant a lot to me. Then when talking in front of his manager lied again straight to my face. Cashed my deposited check but still charged full amount for deposit. Yet to get my money back been told 3 times to come pick it up now being told Monday. Very very very unhappy at the aggravation run around and frustration I feel should’ve kept my old car
