Lost a customer today... I have had a Nissan since 2007 and was about to purchase my 3rd TODAY after negotiating price yesterday. A "mistake" was made and the price went from $299/mo up to $355/mo. Guess I'll be looking into a Rav4 instead.
Very confused as to why the guy trying to sell me a car here couldn't tell me what my payment would be a month before I put my deposit down? Why would I put money down and not even know what I would be paying a month?
Randy Bradshaw recently helped me pick out a car. He was superb through the process. He's a personable young man, and at no point did it seem that he was trying to fit me into a car I didn't need. In fact, he worked hard to help me explore my options, both in terms of cars and in terms of financing. I don't know if his sales reflect it, but I think his low-pressure approach will earn him satisfied customers that will return next time they need a car.
Last month I traded in my corolla for a Used 2014 Altima from Josh I had a great experience! Not only did they get me a great rate they lowered my payment !!

I was told by a good friend to go see Brian Augusto. I was concerned I wouldn't get a good rate because of how I was treated at other dealerships in the past. After checking out a few used cars Brian mentioned if I was interesting in Leasing. He put me in a 2016 maxima and I obviously fell in love with it. The staff go above and beyond to help there customers and get done everything in a timely manner. I'm on my second vehicle threw Mastria Nissan and I want to thank Brian Agusto for making it an enjoyable experience. I would recommend him and the staff there to anyone!
