Big props to the Peter in the parts department. He helped me look up a part and price and even thought to give me the parts # (which I didn't even think of) so I could just pick it up at the counter. Much easier than dealing with the folks in Dartmouth.
Amy Licht was my salesperson, and she worked so hard at getting me EXACTLY what I asked for, which was not an easy task! I was able to get out of a bad lease from another dealership, and lower my monthly payments, and own my vehicle. Leasing is not for me! She was very professional, knowledgeable, and actually listened to me!

I have been going to Mastria Nissan to service my cars for many years and was always treated fairly, but something has definitely changed for the worse there. I no longer trust them after my recent visit to their Service Department, in fact I can't believe what transpired. I guess they think they can get away with it with some people but I happen to know a thing or two about repairs and I'm so disgusted I will never go back or do business with any of their other dealerships for that matter.
went in for a new battery and oil change had questions about the tires for life program because I was never explained the program and was not sure if I qualified for it...was told I would get a call after they pulled my contract.....that was the 26 of july......still waiting on a call....not the only issue I've had either at one point they told me that there was nothing they could do for me when I was given the run around a week to the day that I bought the car, their follow thru is horrible
