Had a horrible experience with this company. Does not speak english. He was an hour late. Stayed for an hour. Said he need to go get a part. Never returned. Don't waste your time with this company. PS...note how all the good reviews for this company are in the same broken English......

They installed a defective AC part that should last 3-5 years but broke just before the 1 year mark. "Master" Mechanical HVAC would not provide any reimbursement or discount for fixing nor did they try to make this right in any way as it was reported a few weeks late by tenants (broke in Dec 2012, reported in Jan) which put it just past the 1 year mark (bought Dec 2011). BEWARE, these people use poor quality items. I would find another option if I were you otherwise you may be paying twice to fix the same problem like I am.
