the majority of work was done within the timeline and to engineer's specs. However, agreed upon mop up work was not done, nor has the owner, Steve, answered or responded to my calls. I would not likely recommend this company to others due to his not honoring his word.

Agreed upon mop up work? I'm not sure what you mean by that comment. We did send a crew over to place your plants back on your porch for you and you refused to allow them to do so. Therefore, rejecting our willingness to complete a minor final step was not complete. I did put correspondence in our engineers hands as you were likely very busy and unable to answer the phone on multiple occasions when I tried reaching out to you personally. On the day of the inspection we met with *****, the lead engineer at Master Lift and he was actually 20 minutes early! He walked around the perimeter with us and explained in detail what it would take to correct our drainage issues. He drew everything up for us and we hired them immediately. Hello. We used Masterlift to repair our basement wall. While they were on time and used good time mgmt. We are very disappointed with the work. They put in the concrete piers, set the steel beams. This was all satisfactory. However, when they put in the forms to pour the walls, they only braced the seams. So, as the concrete dried and cured, the forms were bowing from the weight. At our meeting I told you I would be out of town on vacation and would come up with a solution that will work for the small section you were unhappy with and you said that would be fine.
