I had some concrete repair done by this company back in May 2024. The repair was not performed correctly so they simply applied epoxy to fill the height gap and now acts as a ramp. We reached out via email several times and it is still not fixed after the owner stated we are on his scheduler for the repair. 3 months later we still are in need of the repair and we are not getting a response from the owner. I needed to have piers adjusted through our warranty with MasterLift. We called and texted many times in September, and it took the entire month for Steve ********* to finally schedule us. And they said it would be 2-4 weeks before they could get to us, then he scheduled us 2 months out, and then didn't show up. They never called or texted. I voided my warranty and will be moving forward with another company. This company won't honor their warranties.

The company is unprofessional and the owner called me for final payment before the work was completed to job specifications. The French drain system had cords hanging out of the ground and the ground was supposed to slope away from the house. Steven called me cussing me out to get final payment before he came to fix the problems. Very unprofessional.

Donna D***** is a thief who attempted to delay paying us after the work was complete. She made excuse after excuse and once she realized we weren't going away became very disrespectful and nasty towards us. Verbally assaulting us and telling us we will get paid. Masterlift Foundation performed foundation lift on my home. The workers placed the pier too close to the main drain and caused it to pull out of the ground. After being ignored for 2 months of trying to get them to return to see the damage, they finally sent a crew the moved the pier but refused to fix the damage they caused to the drain pipe. They are great at promising but not following through.DON 'T USE THIS COMPANY !!.
I called 12/17/2020 to set up an appointment for an estimate and spoke with the owner, Steven, who scheduled me for 12/30. Two days before the appointment Angela called to reschedule to the following week due to incoming inclement weather. So I rescheduled for 1/4/2021 and confirmed the appointment the day of. We tried confirming your appointment from 9am until 2pm, which is the time we had you scheduled for. You did not respond until 4pm. This is on you, not us!
The following is my opinion and experience with Master Lift foundation repair. This is a company that doesn't care how the job goes. Owner is Steve Glasscock, a mad dude that refuses to correct situations. Will not make a personal visit. He circled block 2x's and left. Said he couldn't find it. NO GPS knowledge? I hired Master Lift Foundation Repair of Tulsa, Oklahoma in early May 2017 to install a 13' x 13' patio in by backyard. After putting me off several times they started the job on July 5 and finished on July 6. The patio surface is so rough that no one can walk on it in bare feet. This is important since the patio is next to our swimming pool. The patio also has a low spot where water collects up to 3/4" deep and doesn't drain. I requested an estimate for my mothers house as she had issues with her floor sagging throughout her 1218 sq. ft. house. Upon arrival of estimator we toured the house pointing out the issues that prompted us to seek help. Some of these issues were severe.
