Went in for a prenatal massage and they started late and didn’t give the full 50 minutes and they talked the entire massage! So much for relaxing
The manager Leonard called the police on me today for rescheduling my appointment. So they get a hard “no” from me. Not making this up- the officer was pretty confused. Maybe it wasn’t his day 🤷🏾♂️ but no reason to make a racially charged false accusation of assault for a missed appointment (at least not to me). I’l leave it to karma but from the past comments this behavior seems to be a trend from him. Hope he gets the mental help he needs. Maybe he could use a massage 😅

Booked an appointment 3 weeks ago, and had completely forgotten about it with the craziness of packing for vacation. I received no courtesy call or email reminder. They charged my card $90 and told me I wasn't going to get a refund or a credit that was I basically "out of luck". The women in the phone was so rude I honestly couldn't believe it.
Went in for an appointment bc i was having issues related to my service-connected disability. Jack gives me a card to his chiropractor he works at, and then decides to destroy my body. I walked in with one issue, walked out with 4. Havent been able to walk, and my joints in my lower body are in extreme pain. Theyve been burning and swelling since i left.
