company wont honor old groupon due to change of ownership. Was told one thing by staff and another thing happened. Basically paid for a 100$ group on and got a facial, never able to use the massage portion of the gift. waste of money. Company didn't try very hard to help make this right.
RecommendedAlyssa is so good at facials! I have been doing a series of 6 peels spread out every 2 weeks, for a total of 12 weeks and the results are amazing. My skin is very clear and glows! I highly recommend Alyssa for peel and facials!

We have been customers for a long time, today I woke up sick and had to call to cancel my appointment because I can barely get out of bed. The owner told me he was going to charge me $25 for cancelling, ridiculous, we don't usually cancel and have a monthly membership where money is directly taken out and this is the type of customer care we get? The owner needs customer service 101 training and some compassion for people. He has been rude many times to both me and my husband in the past and I would not recommend going there... read more
I booked a massage a couple days in advance but got the flu the night before my scheduled appointment. I called at 6am, as soon as I possibly could, to cancel my 10AM appointment and left a message explaining. I was charged for the appointment anyway, and though I called several times to have the charge removed or at least placed as a credit, the owner/manager was never available and would never return the messages I left. RecommendedI had a massage yesterday as I try to go twice a month. Ben is absolutely amazing at what he do. He uses those hot towels and from there the magic began. I would recommend everyone to take advantage of a massage trust me it will do your body some good.
