I don’t usually write reviews, but my last three trips here have been horrible. The first time I went, I received lots of unsolicited advice from the therapist (for which she was unqualified to give) while I laid on the table and tried to relax. The second time I booked a different therapist who overslept and missed our appointment. And the third time, the therapist cancelled the day before so they put me with someone else, only to switch me back with the therapist I asked the scheduler NOT to put me with. Just had a massage and facial here. Erica, the AM, impressed me when I scheduled my appointment. Nicky gave a great light pressure massage and foot reflexology. Then I had a fabulous facial by Michele. My face is still glowing. Needless to say, I joined so I’ll definitely go back!
I really hope after booking with hand and stone in Winter Park that my experience would’ve been better. I thought that my massage therapist was a bit much. She didn’t even have me fill out the paperwork before she started the massage. If she had she would’ve known that I have a fibromyalgia type disease. It was a long almost 2 hours and I was not happy.
