RecommendedWe highly recommend the couples massage. Kristen (receptionist) was very friendly and informative. We also had the pleasure of meeting Maggie (Manager) she was professional and made us feel very comfortable. I had Kody for my Massage and my husband had Danny. We would highly recommend both. They did an amazing job! It was such a great way to start our vacation in Chicago. Thank you all so much!!💕

RecommendedI had a great experience today. Scott worked out my kinks and was very nice about continually asking me if I was good. He made me feel very comfortable. I will be back. Maybe a couples massage? Everyone there seems so nice.

Was supposed to have received an ultra sonic facial. Received a signature facial. Staff acknowledged their mistake but did not correct the issue in any way. Was told management was going to call me to work out a solution. Never received a call. Overall very poor experience with customer service. Realize mistakes happen, but you should follow though on what you say you are going to do.
Incredibly rude staff. Would not recommend if you desire a relaxing experience.
Derrick is the best hands down !!!! Very passionate about people . He is always checking to make sure your doing ok and feeling relaxed �. Does a great job every time !!!
