RecommendedI had a great time today...infrared sauna, then hr deep tissue massage with Brent...He is really good, heavy hands which I like, worked out my stiffness and aching neck and back..thank you BRENT! Staff was friendly warm and helpful. nice soothing atmosphere...music was perfect...I can't wait to go back

DO NIOT JOIN! It’s difficult to book sessions and the staff cancels at the last minute. The result: you have all of these credits that you lose if you terminate membership!!
RecommendedFirst time there. Front desk staff were very welcoming. Amber was my Therapist and she was amazing. Definitely one of the best Massages I have had. Would definitely recommend her and plan to return.
I came in on Wednesday, 11/13 and had a swedish massage. While the massage was happening, she was using more force than normally expected because of a knot. However, after leaving I was a bit sore and thought it would go away in the next day or two. After still being sore today, 11/16 - I had my husband check out the two spots on my back that were still bothering me, he noticed I was bruised in the two areas I was complaining about. Will not return.

Had a horrible massage last month, Rhonda who has always been awesome at the front desk tried to right the wrong and gave me 30 minutes extra on my next appointment. When I scheduled (with someone new at the front) I asked for a male therapist I’d had before and I was shocked when I came in and it was a girl. Very nice but very inexperienced.
