Been coming here for a long time. Have a member ship, never had a problem till the last visit , not very happy with my last visit on April 15 2018 and I should have got up and left.
I really don't want to give a bad review, because I really enjoyed my massage with Mary it was very relaxing!! Exactly what I needed!! The problem came after with the Manager, David, VERY RUDE, someone made a mistake when I purchased a gift card as a gift. While trying to get this matter addressed, he was very rude so much as raising his voice to me when I was trying to show him the amount I purchased did not match the amount on the card. Severely disappointed in the lack of professionalism by the guy that answered the phone today. He never gave his name either time he spoke on the phone with me. I asked specifically for separate rooms for our massages and he booked us in 1. Called back to rectify his error and he was very rude about it. I just have to say that your receptionist - Debbie - is wonderful!!! She was so helpful and extremely nice!! She is the reason I have chosen your location for my massages. I have had one massage at your location and it was exactly what I was looking for. Nice and relaxing and the therapist did a terrific job. Can't wait for my next massage!!
My Husband and I have been going here for about 2 years now, I have NEVER been treated badly, nothing but the up most concerns on the treatment you get from the front desk to all the therapists...I would and will recommend this location to all I tell...Everyone is very friendly..
