Well, since they tell me they can't find away to accommodate a cancer patient that can't lie flat, even though my lymphedema therapist can work on my neck and upper back in a regular chair, I say they suck. I will no longer refer Massage Envy to another soul. Not in the next 6-8 months I have left to live, according to my oncologist
