WHAT A JOKE, THEY USED TO BE GREAT, NOW IT IS ALL ABOUT MONEY. CAVEAT EMPTOR.
When they charge you for rescheduling same day bc your kid is sick, you don't deserve a higher rating. Definitely not a way to relax and feel better. I will be sending my business elsewhere.
