The people who work the appointments aren't truthful to what they say. You have to take the initiative to make sure you get appointment. I called Friday morning trying to get an appointment & got on the call if any cancellations & recived no call! Yet when I went in for my apt I asked & they had some! I told the grl I would like the morning apt but she didn't hold it for me since I went to my apt & so I had to settle for an evening apt. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. I called 30 minutes before opening hours to see if they accepted walk ins, they said yes. I told them I would be there as soon as the doors were open and they proceeded to tell me that would be fine. When I get there they tell me that I'll need to schedule an appointment and they wouldn't have an opening for another 8 hours. I would give zero stars if I could. Customer service is awful. You pay for a monthly membership and then can't even get in. And they cancel appts with no notice.
Worst business (if you could call it that) in midland, avoid, avoid avoid!!
I have always received excellent customer service and fantastic massages. Been a member for 5 years!
