Booked an appointment for May 10th in March. Got a confirmation email on March 15th for a facial (4/26)and massage (5/10) appointments. Was just told my appointment wasn't made. I booked the facial and massage appointments at the same time. The facial appointment was fine but the massage wasn't booked! They said they got a new ststem... if that's the case why wasn't the facial appointment also lost???
